Pasco Traffic School
Pasco County Driving School

If you're a resident of Dade City, New Port Richey, Saint Leo, San Antonio, or Zephyrhills, have a Florida Driver's license, or you received a traffic ticket in Florida, then traffic school may be for you! By electing traffic school you may be able to avoid points on your driver's license, and maintain your clean driving record.

When you were issued your traffic ticket, you were given an envelope to mail in your payment, and you traffic school election form to the Pasco County Clerk of Court. This envelope also provides valuable information pertaining to civil penalties, pleading not guilty, electing to attend a driver improvement course and performing community service.

Payment of the civil penalty waives the right to elect a driver improvement course or request a court hearing. Failure to pay the fine and attend traffic school will result in suspension of your driver’s license and the assessment of late fees.

There are many Driver School Course Providers in Florida. You can find a traffic school online or you can enroll in a Florida DHSMV and Court approved online traffic school course with The Emilio School, Inc.
