If you're a resident of Callahan, Fernandina Beach, or Hillard, have a Florida Driver's license, or you received a traffic ticket in Florida, then traffic school may be for you! By electing traffic school you may be able to avoid points on your driver's license, and maintain your clean driving record.

In order to elect traffic school you must go to the Nassau County Courthouse in Yulee or any branch office and obtain the affidavit within 30 days of the issue date of the traffic ticket. The charge is $4.00. You must bring a copy of the ticket with you. Failure to pay the fine and attend traffic school will result in suspension of your driver’s license and the assessment of late fees.
